The Professor Falls

Professor Falls is tucked into a steep, narrow, gully on Mount Rundle.  This is the mountain that runs from Canmore to Banff and is also known as Waskahigan Watchi in Cree. The climb consists 8 pitches of fun ice climbing separated by short snow slopes and ledges. The last pitch is the steepest and hardest part of the climb for a good challenge right at the end!  This climb is a favorite among many grade 4 ice climbers and should be on everyone’s tick-list.
