Carlsberg Column

The classic WI5 route of the Rockies and an awesome introduction to the grade!  Two fun pitches of WI4 lead to a snow ledge below the main attraction, 55m of steep and funky mushroom ice!  This long pitch is sure to challenge most climbers and can have some very cool ice features.  Some years another shorter pitch of WI5 forms above, and in the best years there is a wild WI6 line beside called Cascade Kronenbourg for those who are up to the challenge!
