A Bridge Too Far

A Kananaskis classic!  This great route is found on the flanks of Mt. Kidd in a beautiful setting.  The first pitch is the crux with 40 meters of vertical ice and is sure to get you pumped!  From there the route winds it’s way up for another 3 long pitches of easier and enjoyable climbing.

Location: Kananaskis Country near Kananaskis Village.  1 hour drive from Calgary, 30 minutes from Canmore. 

Difficulty: WI4 or 4+

Length: 160m
