Introductory Rock Climbing & Rappelling Lessons for Beginners in Canmore and Banff Alberta

"Beginner Rock Climbing & Rappelling days are a perfect choice for groups of friends, co-workers, families, or youth groups looking for a fun summertime adventure!"

Join us for a fun and adventurous day in the mountains trying out the sport of rock climbing! After a short walk to the crags we will start with a lesson on using the gear, belaying (controlling the ropes), and basic climbing techniques. Within half an hour of reaching the climbing area everyone will begin trying the climbs. Starting with climbs rated as easy and gradually progressing through the day to more difficult routes, everyone will get their share of climbing and challenge! The length of the climbs at most areas ranges from 10 meters to 25 meters in height, and the settings in the mountains are spectacular!
